It seems that the best way to reduce violence in the inmates is to give them someone intangible to blame and then to traumatize them. I imagine the same could be said for us.

My concern is that the vial I was pursing was stolen from the person who stole it from me. Arthur's taken the liberty of comparing samples; the vial I recovered is not the one I've lost. I have reason to believe it was a warden and, based on the frequency of communications, have narrowed the first list of suspects to: Claire Bennett and Edward Nygma, though we should not entirely rule out Snape as well. Or any others, for that matter. I don't trust many of you.

Please tell me one of you lot has a better knowledge of personalities than I do, or else I may have to make comments on the amount of time you've been spending along. [Amused tone at the end there.]

I find myself in a bit of a dilemma. I know that you have the ability to help me immensely, but I can't trust you to be honest with me. It's a very difficult situation and one I'm not entirely certain how to remedy. Any ideas?
